01.Booking & Advance Payment Policy
To reserve decor materials for your requested event date, an advance booking deposit is required. The advance payment locks in your rental kit and is adjusted against your total package price. For peak muhurtham dates, custom setups, or high-demand rental items, advance payment is mandatory prior to material handover. The remaining balance amount is payable upon picking up the decor kit.
02.Pickup & Return Procedure
Pickup and return of all backdrop stand pipes, pre-stitched cloth panels, lights, and props is the customer’s responsibility. Items are packed in compact travel bags that fit easily in any passenger car or auto. Pickup & return address instructions are provided upon booking confirmation in Vijayawada.
03.Free 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Enjoy 100% free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled event date & time. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the event date may be subject to a partial advance retention fee.
04.Equipment Care, Damage Liability & Advance Retention
Customers are expected to handle backdrop stand frames, fabric panels, LED lights, and brass/wooden props with proper care:
- Do not expose silk backdrop fabrics, wooden props, or electrical lights to rain, water, or open flames (diya / camphor / fire / oil).
- Ensure metal backdrop stand pipes are dismantled carefully and packed back into the provided carry bag after your event.
- ⚠️ Damage & Replacement Clause: If any decor material, backdrop fabric, stand pipe, garland, light, or prop is returned damaged, torn, burned, stained, or missing, Veduka Decor reserves the full right to retain/forfeit your advance deposit. Additionally, Veduka Decor holds the right to charge extra additional fees to cover the complete repair or replacement costs at actual component market value.
05.Overdue Return Policy
Standard rental duration is per event (24 hours). If items are retained beyond the agreed return date without prior extension request, a nominal daily extension fee may apply to cover subsequent bookings.
